This job was truly a transformation. The main structure once served as an
historic church, but is now a private residence. Our work on this property included a complete roof replacement, for the entire main house and carriage house. Scope of work included the main house and carriage house structures. |

All shingle layers were removed from the carriage house. |
|
·
|
One layer of old metal roofing material was removed from the main house structure. All roofing materials were removed in sections to maintain a complete overnight water tight seal. |

The existing wood deck was inspected and necessary repairs were made. |
|
·
|
Installed sand-surfaced Winterguard membrane along all eave edges walls, chimneys, skylights and penetrations. |
|

|
Installed painted aluminum drip edge at gutter line. |
|
·
|
Installed one layer of new Roofers Select underlayment over remaining roof deck-carriage house and one layer of Titanium UDL on the main house. |

·
|
Installed new Kynar Coated Galvanized Standing Seam Steel Roof on main house and carriage house. |
|
·
|
Replaced all pipe collars with new Pro-Flash painted aluminum pipe collars embedded in asphalt roof cement. |
|
·
|
Installed new Pro-Flash painted aluminum step flashing along all roof/ wall intersections. |
|
·
|
Installed new Pro-Flash custom formed painted aluminum flashing. |
|
·
|
Installed new shingles in all valleys using closed cut valley method. |
|
·
|
Sealed all metal flashing with color coordinated Vulkem 116 polyurethane sealant. |
|
·
|
Installed manufacturer custom accessory hip and ridge caps. |
|
·
|
In order to ensure that all nails were removed, a magnet was run over the premises to pick up loose nails. |
|
·
|
The premises was cleaned and all job related debris was hauled away. |
|
·
|
Project was evaluated for final review and a certified inspector inspected the project to ensure that all work was performed according to the contract. |
