Removed one layer of existing cedar shake, felt paper, nails and all
metal flashings. Inspected existing wood deck condition and advised
the owner of necessary/recommended repair or replacement of roof
decking. |

Installed ‘Winterguard’ water proofing membrane around all
penetrations, base of all chimneys, 2/12 roof sections,
intersections (roof/ wall), valley transitions and at all eaves
(provided overhang to cap edge of plywood).

·
|
Installed one layer of CertainTeed Roofer’s Select over the entire
roof deck in conjunction with the Winterguard. |
|
·
|
Installed new painted aluminum ‘F’ Style drip edge along all
eave edges to cover all edge gaps.
|
|
·
|
Installed new custom formed aluminum counter and oversized step
flashing at all chimneys and cricket.
|
|
·
|
Installed new asphalt/composite starter strips along all gutter eaves
over drip-edge.
|
|
·
|
Installed new asphalt shingles/composite slate following the
manufacturer’s installation requirements.
|
|
·
|
Installed new Pro-Flash painted aluminum ‘W’ valley in all
valley transitions.
|
|
·
|
Replaced all pipe collar flashings with new baked-on-enamel aluminum
collars embedded in polyurethane sealant. |
|
·
|
Installed three new Power Cool Plus attic fans with humidistat
and thermostat controls to provide adequate exhaust ventilation for
roofing system. |
|
·
|
Installed accessory hip and ridge caps across all hip and ridge lines.
|
|
·
|
Caulked and sealed all flashings with Vulkem 116 polyurethane sealant.
|
|
·
|
Cleaned gutters of all roofing debris.
|
|
·
|
Ran magnet over premises multiple times to pick up loose nails.
|
|
·
|
Cleaned premises and hauled away debris.
