Established in 1981, Shiner Roofing, Siding and Windows
specializes in commercial and residential roofing, siding,
windows, doors and gutters throughout Northern Virginia and
parts of Maryland. Projects range from replacement
installations, inspections and repairs to insurance claims and
warranty work.
Shiner Roofing, Siding and Windows is a fully licensed,
bonded and insured contractor. We are in excellent standing with
the Better Business Bureau and an active member in several
business associations including: The Metal Roofing Alliance, The
National Roofing Contractors Association, The National
Association of Home Builders, Virginia Siding Institute and many

Our Projects
Each member on the Shiner Roofing, Siding and Windows team participates
in our SQE Points Program that measures a team member’s performance in the
areas of Safety, Quality, and Efficiency.
