We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. You will coach and mentor our salespeople to develop a team that consistently meets revenue targets and protects and builds our company’s exceptional record of client satisfaction. You have at least 3 years experience managing sales teams, and your results will showcase your ability to develop a positive and productive sales culture. You also have a solid understanding of in-home sales.

Job Responsibilities

Managing day to day operations of a sales force of 6-10 highly-qualitied sales reps.
Continual recruiting of new salespeople, and hiring and training new sales hires
Track, analyze, and report sales metrics to upper management weekly using standardized reporting methods.
Continually develop salespeople via ongoing training, professional management practices, and a coach’s empathy.
Follow our established system for follow-up marketing to ensure we continue to meet established close ratios
