I have been a customer of Shiner Roofing for many years. Your company has done several
jobs on my home in McLean and I have recommended Shiner Roofing to many of my friends and neighbors.
I recently had a minor issue concerning my roof. Of course, I called Shiner. Mr. Carmella
came to my house to access the situation and give me an estimate.
He listened carefully while I explained the issue and then went up with me on the roof to
examine the problem- a nail pop and hole in a shingle through which water had leaked and had
causes some damage to a ceiling in the room below.
He then gave me a detailed explanation of my options for repairing the damage taking into
account my concerns about costs and outcomes of different options.

He is a consummate professional and a
true credit to Shiner Roofing. While he was there I also raised with him the issue of replacing my roof. A job I will need
to do in the next few years. He also offered me some great advice on this. I will definitely
